Fluid Services was contracted to upsize the of the existing water infrastructure to facilitate the construction of the new Bunnings complex.
These works incorporated the installation of the entirety of the project to be constructed under live traffic conditions with road crossing being under take at night so not to disrupt traffic flow.
We also had to cross a number of critical electrical, communication and gas assets where non destructive excavation used to enable the safe installation of the DTC steel services crossing.
The connection to the existing 450mm main where all under taken during nights to minimise disruptions to residents with tankers suppled to maintain water supply to a nearby hotel to enable them to stay open.
